Join to apply for the PIZZA COOK (FULL TIME) role at Mazzone Hospitality

We are hiring immediately for a full-time PIZZA COOK position.

Location: Globalcafe - 400 Stone Break Road Ext, Malta, NY 12020
Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous experience preferred but not required. Willing to train.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus: Available

Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
  • Cleans kitchen areas, stores or discards excess food following safety procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness of refrigerators and storerooms, ensuring proper storage.
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
  • Assists in production planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
  • Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with team members.
  • Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of protective equipment.
