Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate and support the Dough-Pro machine and station checks.
• Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed.
• Open/close the station and perform side work duties each shift.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
