Job summary

Frankie’s Pizza Parlor, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts at the Luce Hotel, is seeking a motivated Cook to prepare pizzas and menu items in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen.

Qualifications

• Pizza-making experience is preferred.
• Requires previous line cook or kitchen experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble pizzas to brand and recipe standards.
• Perform line cook duties, including prep, station setup, and cooking.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Ensure proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and product rotation.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with culinary team for smooth kitchen operations.
