Famous for a distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven‑kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans from around the world. We hand‑craft authentic pizza in custom‑designed ovens using the original recipes, and are on a mission to share our passion far and wide. With growth comes new opportunities from management to corporate roles, and we offer coaching, training, and promotion within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle multiple food orders at one time.
• Ability to manage others and work on a team.
• Put pizzas in the oven and keep a check on the fire.
• Replace cheeses, sauce, and toppings containers to ensure freshness.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
• Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area in all areas of the prep kitchen.

Job Requirements

Language

• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pizza cook.
• Hands‑on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.

• Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
