Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Florida is hiring a Pizza Cook to join our crew and craft hot, delicious pizzas with care. You’ll work on the dough, toppings, and oven, delivering memorable guest experiences with fast, friendly service.

Part-time role with flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities. We value teamwork, reliability, and enthusiasm for great food. Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pizzas station items and ensure timely preparation.
• Open/close station, perform side work and checks.
• Handle cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment safely.

They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes. They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine. Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
