Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Natick is seeking team members for Server, Bartender, Take Out, Host, and Busser roles. We offer flexible shifts, full and part-time opportunities, and comprehensive training. Our culture emphasizes respect, opportunity, communication, kindness, and epic service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and support line checks.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and perform side work.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.

Job Duties

• Our Pizza Chef maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.

We require three to six months related experience or training.
