California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pizza Chef to prepare pizzas with attention to speed, accuracy, and quality. You will help ensure guest satisfaction by upholding CPK's high service and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Duties

• Our Pizza Chef maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• They are our experts of the "Dough-Pro" machine.
• Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.

We require three to six months related experience or training.

The current pay range for this position is USD: $16.90 - $20.90

Various benefits are available for this position if coverage requirements are met, including 401K, health, dental, and disability insurance (state mandated offerings available) through CPK's designated providers.

Server, Bartender, Take Out, Host, and Busser positions are all eligible for tips at CPK.
