Our Pizza Chef maintains the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They ensure the timely preparation of all pizzas and are experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine. The Pizza Chef supports line checks and completes prep par sheets each shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station, practice safe and sanitary handling of equipment, and maintain proper equipment temperatures. Responsibilities also include station opening/closing and side work duties. Candidates should have three to six months of related experience or training.
