Job summary

ASM Global is hiring a Pizza Cook at Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA. This role works in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing pizzas from start to finish, with no supervisory responsibilities. The position is hourly and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED and have 6 months of pizza cook experience. Join our food and beverage team and contribute to a smooth operation in a large venue setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza prep or kitchen cooking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pizza according to recipes and production standards.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains organized sanitary workstation at all times. Properly labels and dates food items for storage. Assists in any and all food preparation. Minimizes waste by controlling usage and following preset portioning. Follows approved recipes and production standards. Helps to maintain all Kitchen equipment and its cleanliness. Maintain a clean, safe working environment.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
