Job summary

American Dining Creations is hiring a Station Cook in Appleton, WI to set up, prepare, and serve menu offerings across stations such as Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, and Seasonal items. You will deliver friendly, fast service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety while working as part of a dedicated team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn new skills, rotate stations, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and take on additional roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
• Serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Retains temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished and take inventory as directed.
• Set-up and breakdown stations, clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Remain focused on customer satisfaction through providing excellent service to all guests, clients, and team members.
• Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
• Be efficient and organized.
• May operate POS to complete orders, and package 'to go' items.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

Summary: A Station Cook with American Dining Creations ensures exceptional dining through the set up, preparation, and serving of menu offerings to our guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, SaladBar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items. By providing outstanding service, a smile, and amazing food,our Station Cooks create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
