Little Caesars is seeking a Co-Manager to join a fast-paced, family-oriented team in California. You will lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, supervise prep and service, and ensure safety and quality standards on every shift.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a high-volume quick service or fast casual restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Cheerful outlook and outstanding work ethic.
• Previous management experience.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.
