Formación

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Operate the 'Dough-Pro' machine and support line checks.
• Open/close station and complete side work duties each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperatures of equipment.
