California Pizza Kitchen in Ann Arbor is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team. Our R.O.C.K.S culture guides a fun, collaborative kitchen atmosphere where guests are the top priority and every shift is an opportunity to showcase culinary skill and service excellence.

You will maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, prepare all pizza station recipes, and operate the Dough-Pro machine while supporting opening/closing duties and side work.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Our Pizza Chef maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• They are our experts of the "Dough-Pro" machine.
• Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
