Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Tustin, CA is seeking a part-time Pizza Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will maintain top quality and sanitation, and prepare pizzas with our Dough-Pro tool, while supporting opening/closing duties and daily side work.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
