Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely preparation of all pizzas for the station.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and support opening/closing routines.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards and equipment.
• Fulfill station prep and side-work duties each shift.
