You’ll help maintain high standards, prepare pizzas on time, and work with a friendly crew in a fun dining environment. Three to six months related experience or training is preferred; training and growth opportunities are strong at CPK.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Expertise with the Dough-Pro machine and pizza preparation.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform opening/closing duties.
