Job summary

Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse in Greenwood Village is seeking a Pizza Chef to execute our signature pizzas with consistency, speed, and craft in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will learn dough handling, stretching, topping, and oven finishing while upholding food safety and high standards, contributing to guest satisfaction and kitchen flow.

Qualifications

• BOH restaurant experience preferred; pizza experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable, disciplined, and focused under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, take coaching, and continue developing technical skills.
• Passion for food, pizza, and kitchen craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch pizza dough consistently and according to Parry’s standards
• Prepare and execute pizzas with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations consistently
• Understand proper dough handling, bake quality, and pizza finishing techniques
• Maintain organized stations, prep levels, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly with BOH teammates during high-volume service
• Support overall kitchen flow by assisting with prep, cleanup, and station support
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Balance speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality or consistency
• Take pride in the craft, discipline, and technical execution of the pizza station
