California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our team. You will uphold high standards for food quality and sanitation while preparing pizzas to recipe specs for service.

As part of our ROCKS culture, you’ll train with the Dough-Pro machine, support line checks, and manage station setup and closing duties. Prior three to six months related experience or training is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation at the pizza station.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas according to recipes.
• Assist with the Dough-Pro machine and station checks.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and perform opening/closing duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of equipment and cutting boards.
