Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Utah is seeking Assistant Managers who aspire to become General Managers across our Utah locations. You will lead a team to deliver a Quality, Hot, Fresh, and Consistent product while upholding health and safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting, and a passion for customer service. You will hire, train, and coach team members and help our restaurants achieve great results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have a passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Inventory Management.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others.
• Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative.
• Comfortable using technology and restaurant equipment.
• Absolutely safety conscious, and willing to stop unsafe acts.
• Thrives on helping others succeed and teams to excel.
• Aligns actions to support the team.
• Must be able to adopt the Marco's Cultural Beliefs.
• Willing to train at our training store in West Point.
