Marco's Pizza in Utah is seeking Assistant Managers who aspire to become General Managers for our locations. You will lead teams to deliver a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product while overseeing day-to-day operations and safety.

The role requires a passion for pizza, flexibility, and a focus on customer service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience, are 18+, and are committed to Marco's cultural beliefs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have a passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to manage inventory and handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Tactful, courteous, and respectful in interactions.
• Demonstrates initiative and total effort.
• Comfortable using technology and restaurant equipment.
• Safety conscious and willing to stop unsafe acts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving store performance and guest satisfaction.
