• Open, close, and prep duties as assigned.
• Prepare ingredients according to portion sizes and recipes.
• Follow recipe cards and avoid relying on memory.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings; stretch dough.
• Monitor temperatures and cooking times for pizzas.
• Communicate with team and guests to extend the Mellow vibe.
• Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines; ensure food safety.
• Report equipment and food quality concerns promptly.
• Inform management of shortages.
• Contribute to guests’ enjoyment of food and presentation.
