Qualifications

• Prior kitchen/pizza-making or food service experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and speed during service.
• Manage pizza oven temperatures and monitor cook times for optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift.
• Assist with prep work including sauce preparation, ingredient portioning, and stocking toppings.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
