Job summary

Google Pixel Test Engineering is responsible for designing and developing test strategies, plans, and automation to ensure quality across Pixel devices, including phones, foldables, and wearables.

As part of the System Test team, you will drive metrics, improve test processes, and leverage AI/ML to optimize testing workflows, ensuring robust performance and reliability before release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in Python.
• 3 years of experience in system testing and automation testing for embedded products (phones, SoCs, or similar).
• Experience in applying AI/ML in test automation, triage, or data analytics.
• Experience in USB, battery management, power, or thermals on Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Develop test automation, infrastructure, and processes.
• Enable consistent, reproducible test results to provide quality signals for product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to advance test automation and overall product quality.
