Acosta is seeking a bold Pixel Sales Specialist to drive Google Pixel and Fitbit sales at a Best Buy location. You will own the ecosystem growth, pitch products on the floor, and train store staff to amplify conversions. This is a performance-driven, part-time role with commission opportunities and a 32-hour weekly schedule.

You will be a brand ambassador, elevate product knowledge, and relentlessly pursue new sales while meeting and surpassing targets.

Qualifications

• Proven over-performer with a history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Experience in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
• Self-driven, competitive mindset with urgency and initiative.
• Strong closing ability and capability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive relentless growth by increasing Pixel & Fitbit device sales in the store.
• Pitch Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit to customers on the floor.
• Intercept and engage customers to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Coach Best Buy staff, lead product huddles, and multiply sales impact.
