Job summary

University of California, San Francisco seeks to recruit up to two full-time faculty members at the Assistant HS Clinical Professor level in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism. The successful candidates will be MDs board-certified in endocrinology with pituitary disease expertise and will contribute to the growth of the Pituitary Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• MD required and board-certified in Endocrinology, with expertise in pituitary diseases.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals, coordinate with referring providers across Northern California.
• Perform detailed diagnostic workups and manage care of complex pituitary patients pre/post-surgery.
• Teach and disseminate knowledge in neuroendocrinology to fellows, neurosurgery residents, and internal medicine residents.
• Optional involvement in research, clinical informatics, program development, or other academic or clinical activities.
