Job summary

LHH US in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Regional Field Recruiter onsite to connect skilled trades talent with subcontractor crews across an assigned territory. The role entails sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment pipelines, with regular travel to suppliers and industry partners.

You must be bilingual in Spanish; Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred. Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, or skilled trades is valued, as is the ability to build

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Portuguese language skills strongly preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, skilled trades, or sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop professional networks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard subcontractor crews throughout the assigned territory.
• Travel regularly to visit suppliers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community networking events.
• Build and maintain referral networks within skilled trades communities.
• Conduct vendor screenings and crew evaluations.
• Support onboarding and activation of new crews.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and track recruitment activity.
