Based in Pittsburgh or willing to travel, you will lead global transportation, fleet and 3PL partnerships, aligning operations with corporate goals. You have 10+ years in logistics with senior leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain, with 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing logistics across multiple products and modes.
• Experience with global logistics, international freight, and customs.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting/cost analysis experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, cost-effective transportation of inbound and outbound goods.
• Oversee fleet operations, 3PLs, rail, freight forwarding, warehousing.
• Develop logistics performance metrics using KPIs and pivot tables.
• Negotiate and optimize transportation contracts.
• Drive transformation and process improvements through technology.
• Travel up to 40% and maintain presence in Pittsburgh.
