Pitfire Pizza is seeking a BOH Shift Lead at our Carlsbad location to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. The role emphasizes hospitality, quality food, and collaborative leadership to ensure outstanding service and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a fast casual setting with at least one year in a supervisor role, and pizza experience is a plus. Competitive wages with tips, full benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.
