Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have collegiate and/or high school playing experience and coaching experience at the club, high school, collegiate, and/or professional level.
• Knowledge of pitching development, arm care, and injury prevention, along with mentoring student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Baseball Coach to develop and implement a pitching program aligned with Saints Baseball philosophy.
• Provide instruction in pitching mechanics, game prep, strategy, and skill development.
• Support pitcher development through age-appropriate training, arm care, recovery, and performance routines.
• Assist in offseason and in-season throwing, conditioning, and development programs.
• Monitor pitcher workloads and promote healthy habits to prevent injuries.
• Lead pitcher-specific practice activities and contribute to the team practice plan.
• Mentor student-athletes and foster a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning, and families.
