St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is seeking a qualified Pitching Coach for the Saints Baseball program. St. Stephen's and St. Agnes provides a competitive athletic program that competes in the IAC (Interstate Athletic Conference) and VISAA (Virginia Independent School Athletic Association). We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student‑athletes both on and off the field and who will help foster a culture of character, competitive excellence, leadership, sportsmanship, and goodness that lies at the core of Saints Athletics. All coaching positions are part-time.
Ideal candidates should have collegiate and/or high school playing experience and coaching experience at the club, high school, collegiate, and/or professional level. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of pitching development, arm care, and injury prevention, along with a commitment to mentoring student‑athletes and contributing positively to a collaborative coaching environment.
Salary: $3,900 – $4,110
