Yulista Holding, LLC is seeking personnel to support Winter Exploration in the Alaska region. The role involves keeping drilling rig equipment in reliable condition, handling heavy pipe on the rig floor, and assisting in relocations to ensure continuous operations from December 2025 through April 2026.
Candidates should have at least one year on a diesel electric rotary drilling rig, the ability to read and write, and readiness to work at heights over 30 feet in challenging Arctic conditions.
Must have good understanding of mud systems and their complexities. This position requires a high level of attentiveness and concentration, good line of communication to and from all positions concerned in mud control, heavy lifting, and prolonged standing. It is expected to support the Winter Exploration 2025–2026 season, with an anticipated start date of December 2025 and an end date in April 2026.
Inside enclosed oil rig and outside in elements. Hazardous conditions may include a wet, oily, icy steel floor, noise, and steam.
Physical effort: Frequently sitting, standing, walking, bending over, pushing or pulling, talking, grasping, and lifting 25 lbs. or less; carrying 25 lbs. or less; eye/hand coordination. Visual acuity: Frequently distance vision (clear at 20' or more), color vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus; continuously close vision (clear at 20" or less), depth perception. Mental effort: Frequently discriminating colors; continuously thinking analytically, using effective verbal and written communication, handling stress and emotions, concentrating on tasks, remembering details, making decisions, adjusting to changes, examining and observing details. Environmental factors: Frequently working with others and alone.
