Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer systems: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA compliance certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely.
• Verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools.
• Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process-change rollouts.
• Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards.
