Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Senior Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Risk Trainer to lead PIT safety and certification across the region. The role partners with EHSS, Risk, HR, Operations, and site leadership to implement standards, training, and risk-reduction initiatives.

You will own the regional PIT program, overseeing training, certification, audits, and reporting to strengthen safety culture and reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise PIT safety, certification, and risk management across a region.
• Develop and maintain PIT standards, procedures, audits, and certification processes.
• Collaborate with EHSS, Risk, HR, Operations and site leadership to improve safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute Coke Florida's enterprise PIT safety program across an assigned region.
• Coordinate certification, recertification, and competency validation for operators.
• Conduct facility assessments, audits, and field observations to ensure compliance.
• Investigate PIT incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Create governance and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop regional objectives, KPIs, and scorecards aligned with safety goals.
