Running Aces Casino is casting for a Part-time Pit Dealer to join our table games operation in Forest Lake, MN. Trainees will receive four weeks of unpaid training, followed by a part-time role contingent on training success and background checks.

Qualifications

• Trainees must attend 4 weeks of unpaid training.
• Background check required on first day of class.
• Must attend all training class dates (Nov 2–Dec 1).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Deal and enforce game rules per procedures and maintain game pace.
• Maintain table trays and assist floor personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with Pit Manager and casino staff for concerns.
