Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino in California is seeking a Pit Supervisor to oversee table games operations, monitor games in progress, and supervise dealers and staff.

You will safeguard casino assets, issue playing cards, enforce rules, rate players, and maintain smooth pit loads. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

A background check and gaming license are required; 21+ and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of all table games, ability to learn gaming rules, policies, and procedures, and enforce them.
• Able to work any shift and stand for long periods of time.
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
