Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in quarrying, surface mining, aggregates, heavy industrial manufacturing, or related production environment.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory, lead, or frontline leadership experience directing employees, contractors, or production crews.
• Experience managing mobile equipment operations and leveraging fleet management technology, process automation, autonomous haul truck systems.
• Demonstrated success leading production teams, coordinating complex operational activities, and achieving safety and performance objectives.
