Shift Details

B Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 3am)

Role Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in providing sophisticated supply chain solutions. You won’t just be driving equipment and moving materials; you’ll be building a bright future.

Responsibilities

1. Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials.
2. Use handheld scanners accurately.
3. Load and unload trailers as needed.
4. Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program.
5. Commit to process excellence and understand the Supply Chain quality policy.
6. Perform inbound receiving processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Training and certification in the safe operation of industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and excellent communication.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs. frequently and over 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Handle objects of various sizes and shapes.
• Perform physical activities like bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and walking for long periods.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
