Job summary

Hims & Hers is hiring a Forklift Operator in Columbus, Ohio. You will be responsible for loading/unloading trailers, stocking products, and performing safety checks to keep equipment and processes running smoothly.

The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with potential shifts. This full-time position requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, a valid license, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma GED or Preferred.
• 1–3 years of proficient experience operating various equipment including Reach Truck and Seated Forklift.
• License Required.

About the job: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for meeting and maintaining productivity and quality standards within the warehouse for order fulfillment. You will be key in building something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as hims&hers grows. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Please note this role may shift to an FH/BH schedule in the future, so flexibility is required.

You Will:

• Unloading and loading trailers.
• Put away and pull product in order to support production.
• Perform OSHA safety checks to ensure equipment is safe to operate.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Adhering to safety standards and identifying hazards.
• Perform various requested tasks to help assist and support warehouse leads or supervisors.
• Consistently maintain all productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and warehouse.

You Have:

• High School Diploma GED or Preferred
• 1-3 years of proficient experience on various equipment. (Reach Truck, Seated Forklift) Required
• Proactive and motivated attitude for an energetic work environment.
• Communication skills and works well with a team and independently.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting when picking and packing of orders.
• Physical exertion required.
• Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stopping, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
• License Required
