Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Soda Crush in St. George, UT is hiring a Pit Crew member to join a fast-paced team that loves great BBQ and friendly service. If you enjoy high-energy environments and taking pride in food quality, this role is for you.

No prior experience is required—we will train you. You will prepare menu items, operate the POS, craft Soda Crush drinks, keep areas clean, restock supplies, and deliver top-notch customer service while following food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and serve Dickey's signature barbecue menu items and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy
• Operate the counter, cash register, and point-of-sale system to process customer orders
• Craft and assemble Soda Crush beverages to order specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service to every guest
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
