Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a loading dock associate for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm; OT on Fridays). You will hand load and unload windows and doors, stage products for outbound loads, and ensure accurate staging per manifests.

Certification on PIT and Tuggers is required. Qualified candidates have at least one year in manufacturing and forklift operation, with the ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly and follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable environment.
• Minimum of one (1) year forklift operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds on a continual basis.

Responsibilities

• Hand load windows and doors onto trailers according to manifest and quality standards.
• Unload and stage windows and doors in correct dock locations.
• Load/unload trailers at rate of 150 cube/hour or greater.
• Use tugger to move materials and scan into correct staging lanes.
• Be certified on PIT and Tuggers and train new hires as needed.
• Assist in dock metrics reviews and safety culture initiatives.
