Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Piping/Plumbing Senior Designer in our Chapel Hill office to help create energy‑efficient building solutions. You will establish design criteria, develop system designs from concept plans, and interpret information from users, partners, field surveys and code research.

Strong AutoCAD skills are required; Revit is preferred. We value collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment, delivering

Expertise of our most successful Piping/Plumbing Senior Designer:

• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in designing plumbing/piping systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required, Revit preferred.
• Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements.
