Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with leadership in major technical design projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management models aligned with global execution strategies.
• Forecast performance, identify risks, and mitigate to safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Serve as primary partner to project procurement leaders on major customer projects.
• Provide strategic direction to Delivery Stream Engineers and execution plans.
• Lead Delivery Stream teams across sites including Westinghouse, suppliers, and customers.
• Guide procurement strategy for components and equipment.
