Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is partnering with a growing contractor to hire a Piping Estimator for a direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on developing accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial piping projects, reviewing bid documents, and performing takeoffs.

You will coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing, assemble complete bid packages, and contribute to competitive proposals. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Strong takeoff and cost analysis skills.
• Experience with QuickPen or similar estimating software preferred.
• Knowledge of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costing.
