Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking jr- to mid-level estimators with 1 to 8 years of plumbing/piping estimating experience in California. Prior commercial mechanical estimating experience is highly preferred, with working knowledge of on-screen take-off software.

Responsibilities include gathering supplier quotes, building estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and coordinating with other estimators and departments to finalize quotes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of estimating experience in plumbing/piping for commercial buildings.
• Estimating experience specifically for plumbing/piping systems in commercial buildings.
