Job summary

M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Mechanical Engineer in our Mechanical Department to design piping systems for process facilities. You will support pump calculations, piping isometrics, and material selections while collaborating with a project team.

The position requires travel domestically and internationally to project sites and client offices. You will learn and enhance AutoCAD Mechanical, Plant 3D, and Revit skills while contributing to multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as Inventor, Plant 3D, or Revit and MS Office.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards (API, NACE, HI, ANSI NFPA).
• Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites.
• Ability to work in a project team, maintain schedules, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of mechanical piping systems for process facilities.
• Develop pump calculations, piping isometrics, and selection of pumps/components.
• Contribute to P&IDs input and review.
• Learn and apply AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Revit in projects.
