Job summary

B&S Piping, Inc. in Georgia seeks a seasoned Piping Crew Lead/Foreman to supervise mechanical installation crews on commercial projects and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will read blueprints, coordinate daily field activities, manage materials and equipment, and mentor crew members while collaborating with project managers.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial mechanical construction and pipe welding/fitting, plus a valid driver’s license and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial mechanical construction experience.
• Five years of experience in pipe welding and fitting.
• Must pass weld test.
• Previous experience leading crews as a foreman or crew lead.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Piping Crew Lead / Foreman to oversee and coordinate piping installation projects on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that piping work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader on-site, you will manage a team of skilled tradespeople, supervise daily operations, and collaborate closely with project managers to meet project timelines and budgets. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and piping systems will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Pay: DOE
• Per diem: $180 per day (for 7 days)
• Mileage: $0.60 per mile in/out every job
• Hours: 60–70 hours per week
