This is a US-based position. We are recruiting a pipeline of coaches for upcoming business opportunities.

Description

We are seeking a part-time casual career coach based in Winston-Salem to support relocation and/or outplacement services. This role involves assisting employees and their families as they settle into new cities or search for new career opportunities. The coach will work 1:1 with employees of our client companies, using IMPACT Group's coaching methodology and technology, and will also support spouses or partners in their job search efforts.

This is a remote, casual position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with hours varying based on availability (no guaranteed hours).

Build rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their goals.
Guide employees through coaching processes and milestones.
Advise on career development, transition issues, and options.
Assist with resume writing, interview prep, marketing techniques, salary negotiations, and personal branding.
Maintain electronic records of services provided.
Monitor progress and provide support on job search skills and personal issues affecting careers.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching across various industries and levels.
Experience with resume development, interview prep, social media profiles, salary negotiations, and personal branding.
Reside in Winston-Salem and have knowledge of the local job market.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with virtual coaching.
Experience navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus.
Technologically savvy with high-speed internet, a personal computer, and a headset with a microphone.

Ideal Candidate
