This is a US-based position. We are recruiting a pipeline of coaches for upcoming business needs.

Description

We are seeking a part-time, casual career coach based in the DFW area to support our relocation and outplacement solutions. Responsibilities include assisting employees and their families with relocation, helping spouses/partners find employment, and supporting employees in their job search during outplacement.

The Coach works 1:1 with employees of our client companies, using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology, and also supports spouses or partners with job search support.

This is a remote, part-time position with hours varying between 10-20 hours per week (no guaranteed hours).

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their goals
• Guide employees through coaching processes and milestones
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and options
• Maintain electronic records of services provided
• Monitor progress, provide job search skill coaching, and address personal issues affecting careers

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching across various industries and levels. Experience with resume writing, interview prep, career exploration, LinkedIn and social media, salary negotiation, personal branding, and other job search areas.

• Reside in the DFW area and have local knowledge
• Experience with virtual coaching
• Experience navigating VISA issues and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Proficient with technology, high-speed internet, and a headset with microphone (remote work)

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field (preferred)
• Coaching certification or training (highly regarded)
• Personally relocated to a different city (preferred)
