Job summary

The role involves managing field execution, scope definition, design, procurement, scheduling, and field work, with 30–50% travel and projects up to $2M. Required: BS/MS in engineering and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• Previous full-time engineering experience required.
• Ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with field personnel and senior management.
• Strong customer-focus with drive to deliver quality product.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage field execution and financial stewardship of facility upgrades and maintenance within a defined geographic area (terminals, pipelines, salt dome storage).
• Oversee multiple projects in various stages, up to $2M in appropriation, including scope definition, design, procurement, scheduling, and field execution.
• Provide day-to-day multi-disciplinary technical support and troubleshooting for the operating area.
• Work with facility equipment: pumps, piping, valves, flow meters, tanks, salt domes, flares, docks, foundations, structures.
• Participate in operating area risk management activities.
• Travel 30–50% of time to field locations and perform field work as needed.
