Job summary

Plains All American is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to join the Pipeline Commercial Analysis team in Houston, TX. You will prepare month-to-date reports and support various scheduling and operations tasks, coordinating with field personnel and management.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, the ability to multi-task, and clear communication. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; background checks and pre-employment testing apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and PC applications.
• Cleared criminal history (background) check and satisfactory reference checks.
• Compliance with the company’s Drug & Alcohol Policy including pre-employment testing.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of their employment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare weekly month-to-date crude oil volume reports for pipeline systems.
• Ensure the accuracy of reports submitted to management.
• Ensure the compilation, reconciliation, and organization of all support files.
• Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of physical changes made to each pipeline system and modify reports to match.
• Provide support for Pipeline Scheduling and Pipeline Commercial Operations as needed.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis projects as they occur.
• Engage in frequent communications with field operating personnel, pipeline commercial, internal management, and customers.
